"HI IM SIERRA EPP, AKA SYRUP"
Jane Doe was never just a random idea, it was the result of years of advocating for women in male dominated fields. Growing up in Montana, I was immersed in the rugged outdoors playing with animals, skiing, hunting, and doing activities typically labeled as “boyish.” This upbringing made me resilient, yet there was always a feminine side I felt compelled to conceal to earn respect. That side flourished in dance studios and special occasions. After high school, I moved to Colorado to pursue professional skiing, entering an industry heavily dominated by men. Female competitors were few, and we often saw each other as rivals, adopting masculine personas to maintain credibility. Everything changed when I met Natalie Oaks , founder of formaly known, Lost Girls Tribe. A community empowering women in action sports. For the next decade, we supported one another on and off the mountain. Eventually, adulthood and physical limits set in for all of us and Natalie made the decision to start fresh. I Moved back to Montana in 2020 and quickly reignited my passion for dance. I reentered Montana’s entertainment industry with my best friends, The Deadly Daisies, a group of incredible people who advocate for women and underrepresented groups. In January 2024 I started to Dj , somthing I never expected to fall in love with but I did just that. About a year later, I got the opportunity to host a show at The Zebra. It revealed my true calling to make a meaningful impact locally. And so, Jane Doe Collective was born...We are a group of women, here to make change in our community and empower women in the process. I am so grateful
